INTRODUCTION: FR3025 contains N and P, is a kind of halogen-free and eco-friendly flame retardant for polyolefin. It was developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. With acid source, gas source and carbon source, FR3025 takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism. PP with FR3025 can pass the tests of UL94 V-0 (1.5mm), 70℃x168 hrs water-immersion (UL746c), GWIT 750'℃ and GWFI 960'℃Moreover, it meets the RoHS Directive and REACH Regulations. The products with FR3025 have the characteristics such as low density, less smoke generation, less mold corrosion and low price. PP with FR3025 will not have the phenomenon of water-sliding surface during the process of extrusion. It doesn't contain anti-dripping agent.
