FR1230M Flame-retardant polypropylene masterbatch is an environmentally friendly polypropylene masterbatch primarily composed of phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine as the main flame-retardant elements. On one hand, it relies on both solid and gaseous phase flame retardancy to enhance its efficiency through a synergistic effect. On the other hand, it accelerates the melting and dripping of the system through catalytic mechanisms to achieve flame retardancy. FR1230M When mixed in PP at a ratio of 5%-10%, the flame retardancy level can reach UL94 V-2 (1.5mm and 3.0mm). FR1230M It meets the requirements of ROHS, SVHC, and other regulations for products. Products using FR1230M also feature low density, low smoke emission, and minimal mold corrosion.

The recommended addition ratio of FR1230M masterbatch is 5% to 10%. Mix the FR1230M masterbatch with other components and then injection or extrude. Considering that users have varying requirements for flame retardancy, the addition ratio of FR1230M masterbatch may need to be adjusted accordingly. It is recommended that users confirm the optimal ratio before formal production.
Packaging/storing: 25kg/bag; transport as general chemicals, store in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
