HF‑601S halogen‑free flame retardant is applicable to epoxy resins and various segments in the electronics industry, including functional adhesives for electrical & electronic applications, electronic labels, flame‑retardant inks, epoxy electronic potting compounds, label adhesives and more. It complies with the most stringent flame‑retardant standards.
Due to its specially‑designed particle‑size distribution, HF‑601S is particularly suitable for high‑end applications requiring halogen‑free flame retardancy, superior electrical performance and high thermal stability. Typical uses include polyolefins, TPU and TPE elastomer cables, ultra‑thin Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL), FFC insulating films, FFC reinforcing plates, as well as epoxy‑based Copper Clad Laminate (CCL).
