SF-600 is an environmentally friendly inorganic composite flame retardant, which has excellent synergistic effect on halogen flame retardants, improves the flame retardant efficiency of halogen flame retardants, and has a certain carbon inhibition and smoke effect. This product does not contain bromine and antimony components, and fully complies with the EU RoHS Directive and REACH regulations and other environmental regulations.
SF-600 is mainly used as a synergistic flame retardant with bromine series flame retardants, which can replace 20%~ 50% bromine series flame retardants in equal quantity, effectively reduce the raw material cost, and is suitable for PE, PP, PBT, PET, PA, HIPS, ABS and other rubber and plastic materials.
SF-600 is halogen-free and environmentally friendly, with low heavy metal content, Pb, As, Hg, Cr and Cd are all less than 50ppm. It is water-soluble and extremely low in hygroscopicity, and will not be dissolved by water, which will not affect the electrical properties of the material.
