INTRODUCTION: FR3040H is a kind of halogen-free and eco-friendly flame retardant with N and P, non-APP based system. FR3040H has higher thermal stability and higher decomposition temperature. It can get easier process. PP with FR3040 can pass the tests of UL94 V-0 (0.75mm), 70℃×168hrs water-immersion (UL746C), GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃. It meets the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulations. Glass fiber reinforced PP with FR3040H can pass the test of UL94 V-0 (1.5mm) as well. The products with FR3040H have the characteristics such as low density, less smoke generation and less mold corrosion. Polyolefin with FR3040H will not have the phenomenon of water-sliding surface during the extrusion process. Sieves can be put during the process.
