Product Introduction
HF-M210 is an intumescent halogen-free environmental flame retardant containing ph
osphorus and nitrogen. It achieves flame retardancy via forming an intumescent char layer
to isolate oxygen and ignition sources. Compared with halogen-based flame retardants, it
features low smoke emission and low toxicity. The product fully complies with EU Direct
ive 2002/95/EC (RoHS, Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic
Equipment) and REACH Regulation as well as other relevant environmental regulations.
HF-M210 features high thermal decomposition temperature and wide processing windo
w. Used alone or blended with other flame retardants, it suits thermoplastics including PP,
PE, TPE, PA and PBT, as well as acrylic and PU coating resins for injection, extrusion, co
mpression molding and coating processes.
