Flame-retardant Synergistic Agent SF-400F
INTRODUCTION: SF-400F is a kind of eco-friendly silicon family flame retardant, has excellent synergistic effect on halogen-containing flame retardants. It also has good effect on anti-smoke. Moreover, it meets the RoHS Directive and REACH Regulations. SF-400F as the 100% substitute of antimony trioxide can significantly reduce the cost of flame-retardant polymers. It has the advantages of higher thermal stability, lower water solubility and absorption. It will not be discolored and decomposed in high temperature processing. And it will not have the phenomenon of hydrolysis precipitation. The use of SF-400F will not affect the electrical properties of the composite.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
SF-400F is widely used in halogenated flame retardant polyolefin products, such as PP, PE products, PVC, EPDM and CPE wire and cable materials
The dosage of SF-400F in flame-retardant polymers is very low. When used, SF-400F is best to be mixed with other additives and then mixed with the resin to ensure that the flame-retardant mixture is uniform and the flame-retardant effect is stable.
