SF-400S is an eco-friendly tin silicate flame retardant synergist. It works perfectly with halogenated flame retardants and brings remarkable smoke inhibiting effects. All batches pass third-party testing to meet EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
This product can fully substitute ATO, cutting overall raw material costs for flame retardant polymer compounds.
It boasts ultra-high thermal stability, alongside minimal water solubility and moisture absorption. No discoloration or thermal decomposition occurs under high-temperature extrusion/injection molding. There is no hydrolytic precipitation during processing, and the material’s electrical insulation properties remain intact.
